Throw out all Belongings of your Ex

If you want to get over a breakup sooner rather than later then you need to ensure that you do not have any belongings of your ex with you in your home. These can often serve as painful reminders of the time spent between you two.

Stop Visiting Old Hangout Destinations

You should avoid spending time at the joints which you would visit on a regular basis with your ex. Otherwise old feelings can get triggered within you and you might just find yourself falling into a great depression all over again.
